Montessori Community School, Santa Cruz

Montessori Community school is seeking an A to I trained (or in training) Lead to join our school community! We are a team of dedicated Montessorians guiding children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. We have one Nido, two Toddler and three Primary classes.

Our school is AMI recognized and located in beautiful Santa Cruz County California, close to beaches and surrounded by redwoods.

Salary range is $50,000- $60,000 starting (BOE) and guides get a guaranteed 6% increase each year.

We are looking for a long-term, dedicated Guide, who will take on a leadership role in our community. Start date is any time from June to August 19.
