AMI Montessori 12–18 Orientation

The AMI Montessori 12–18 Orientation provides foundational Montessori theory and methodology for working with adolescents (12-18 years). Lecture topics focus on describing the developmental needs of the adolescent and the components of an adolescent program, including the prepared environment, the role of the adult, and the plan of work and study. The AMI Orientation is a 25-hour course with an additional 2 hours for Observation and can be facilitated onsite face-to-face, in a blended or fully online format.
