Vincent Paul Toccoli was born in Alger in 1942. While a Mediterranean man by birth, he has travelled the world for his studies, his missions and his leisure. Priest, Salesian of Don Bosco, he has studied Literature, Languages, Philosophy, Theology, Psychoanalysis, Buddhism and South-East Asia religions. He speaks seven languages. He has lived in Asia over many years. Since 1999, Vincent Paul Toccoli has lived in Nice, France, where he is the "Directeur diocésain de la Culture" and in charge of the "Pastorale sur la Technopole Internationale" of Sophia-Antipolis (France).
